Simply create one or more locations for your account, for example you might have 'The Dog & Duck 01' and 'The Dog & Duck 02'. Creating multiple locations in this way also automatically generates a booking and availability calendar for each location. The bookings calendar takes care of ensuring that only one member can be booked onto one location at a time.
We are a private club, and our members want to reward Hosts for their hospitality, and for enabling them to have a safe and agreed place to park overnight. In addition, as a Club we hope that our Host members might use this additional revenue to improve and extend the services they offer. Not all Hosts charge a fee, and it is entirely upto the Host if and what they charge. The Club recommends Hosts charge a nominal fee of between £5-10
The Motorhome Club is run as voluntary community, the web application is complex software hosted using Amazons' AWS Web Services. AWS is highly reliable, and very scalable, but it is also quite expensive. Our booking fees are very straight foward. The club makes a booking charge of 10% ( minimum 50p) from the Fee Per Night. These valuable funds, which you, our members provide, are used to offset the monthly AWS Service fees.
The Motorhome Club is run as voluntary community, development of the communities services take quite some time to achieve. The idea of having some menu items grey, is to showcase some of the features that are in development, so that our members get an idea of what functions to expect next.
